Here’s the goal: By the end of each month, I want to be able to run (and when I say run, I think I mean jog):
Feb 1.5 miles (done!)
Mar 3 miles
Apr 4 miles
May 6 miles
June 8 miles
July 10 miles
Aug 11 miles
Sept 13 miles
